Lovely to meet with Neil from Braintree District Walkabout group earlier today. They have 3 free local walks each week that people can join. What better way to improve physical and mental health with a group of friendly like minded people! Details are on the poster if you wanted to join.
Our new confidence course starts on Thursday 9th July at 10.15.
