This may impact Wall Heath and Kingswinford collections on Tuesday 16th
🚨 Update on waste and recycling collections 🚛
Following an incident at the Dudley Energy from Waste Facility at our Lister Road depot on 10 June 2026, some waste and recycling services have been and will continue to be affected over the next 7 to 9 days.
Our crews will be working over the weekend to manage the situation; however, disruption is expected to continue into next week as we work hard to catch up ♻️
If we have been unable to carry out your collection on the scheduled day please leave at kerbside and we will collect them as soon as possible, in most instances we will aim for this to be the following day.
We will share further updates as soon as we can.
Thank you for your co-operation and understanding. 🙏
A statement about the incident can be found by visiting https://www.dudley.gov.uk/media-centre/communications/council-statements/

What an amazing event once again today put on by WHVP VILLAGE EVENTS
The annual dog show in Wall heath. Once again this year it was very well attended.
It was nice to see Hunter so well behaved (well for everyone apart from his owner lol)
Well done to the whole team once again and to all those that supported, where taking part is everything, not the winning

A busy day out and about in Wall Heath. The day started by attending Sargent Peppers Club at Wall Heath Community Centre along with the staff from Mike Wood MP office and the Mayor of Dudley to join the celebrations for the amazing Ron celebrating his 101 birthday (and still dancing!)
To end the evening it was a trip to the Horse and Jockey Wall Heath for the presentation night of Wall Heath in Bloom, a fantastic night celebrating the groups achievements and all the local sponsors.
These events just show how our community comes together and I am proud to be invited to such memorable events.
