The Friends of Betts Park were on a reconnaissance mission at Crystal Palace Park's Secret Garden today. We all found it very interesting and enjoyable. 🙂

It was a pleasure to welcome the new Portfolio Holder for Environment, Councillor Josh Coldspring-White to Betts Park. 🌳

I really enjoyed joining ParkBathe on a slow, guided mindful stroll around Betts Park yesterday. 🌳

I thought I knew Betts Park like the back of my hand, but yesterday I saw the park through new eyes. Betts Park seemed more colourful than before with a myriad of green shades. I suddenly became aware of the rustling, crackling, whispering and crunching of the foliage. I hadn't realised before what enchanting aromas are held within Betts Park. I had always found Betts Park beautiful, but yesterday it seemed exquisite!

I would definitely recommend ParkBathe for anyone who wants to 'get out of your head and into your senses'.

I am looking forward to the next free forest bathing session at Betts Park on Saturday 11th July at 11am.
