Armed Forces Flag raising today at Merton Civic Centre.
Our Leader Cllr Dan Holden attended the event, to support our armed forces and veterans. Daniel is also part of the Royal British Legion Councillor Network and donates monthly to the RBL.

Our Leader Cllr Daniel Holden is supporting the today hosted by Merton Council , very popular event.

Nice to meet thd various charities and civic organisations here, had a long chat with the council's fostering service, Merton Connected , , Merton and Morden Guild , Alzheimer's Society , , and many more.

There are rides and funfair, food and drink stalls.

Our Cllr Daniel Holden was delighted to support the Merton Connected Volunteers Awards 2026 tonight.

The volunteer awards is an excellent way to recognise and thank volunteers across Merton for their time and commitment in supporting individuals, groups and organisations across the borough.
