With sunshine and temperatures forecast to reach 29°C, we’re expecting a busy day both in and around the pool today 💙

Whether you’re joining us for a morning swim, an afternoon dip or some evening lengths, please remember that our summer timetable is now in operation.

🚨 Important Reminder – Closure Period 🚨

The pool will close between 12:15–13:00 and all visitors must leave both the water and poolside during this period.

This closure allows our team to prepare the site for the afternoon session and helps us manage capacity safely during our busiest time of year.

📱 Booking is strongly advised where possible, and if you’re visiting during the peak afternoon period, please expect the lido to be busier than usual.

Don’t forget your water bottle, suncream, and a quick shower before entering the pool to help us keep the water sparkling clear.

📢 Important Booking Update 📢

As we prepare for the transfer from Fusion Lifestyle to Active Lambeth on 1st July, there will be some temporary changes to our booking process.

📱 You can continue to book swimming sessions and group exercise classes via the Fusion app and website until the end of the day on 22nd June.

From 23rd June onwards, online bookings through Fusion will no longer be available and access to the Fusion app will end.

🏊‍♀️🏋️ Between 23rd –30th June, our facilities, swimming sessions and group exercise classes will continue to operate as normal, however bookings will need to be made in person at the site or over the telephone ☎️

Our team will be on hand to assist with bookings and answer any questions you may have during the transition period.

Please be aware that facilities may be busier than usual, particularly with warmer weather forecast, so we appreciate your patience and understanding while we move between operators.

Further information about Active Lambeth’s new booking system and app will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

We’re receiving a much higher volume of enquiries than usual because of the warm weather, so please be patient with our team as we work through emails, calls and bookings.

🚶 12:15–13:00 Closure Period
At the end of the morning session, the pool will close and all visitors will be required to leave both the water and poolside while our team prepares for the afternoon session.

🤽 Tuesday Exception
On Tuesdays, the pool will close at 20:00 to accommodate water polo.

The split sessions help us manage capacity during the busiest months of the year while maintaining a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for everyone.

🌦️ Good morning from Brockwell Lido 🌦️

The forecast has changed a little since earlier in the week, and while tomorrow may not be the sunshine-filled day we’d hoped for, it’s still looking like a perfectly good day for a swim 🌊☀️

Temperatures are expected to reach around 17°C, with some showers possible throughout the day.

⏰ Pool opening hours: 06:30–21:00

👨‍👩‍👧 Family swims are running after school 15:30-17:30, alongside our regular lane swimming programme.

As always, we’ll keep an eye on conditions throughout the day. Rain won’t stop play, but in the event of thunderstorms, we may need to temporarily clear the pool for safety reasons.

Looking ahead, there are signs of warmer weather returning next week too… 👀☀️

As the sun begins to set on the summer solstice, take the opportunity to experience the pool in a completely different light - golden skies and a midsummer evening swim in one of London’s most iconic lidos 🌊✨
