We’re heading out on safari with Tod this week, taking a tour through the jungle and into tiger territory. Expect furry, scaly, and feathery friends along the way (and watch out for a bit of monkey mayhem)!

Toddler Sense is the original sensory and movement programme designed by a paediatric physiotherapist and child development experts, helping little ones build strength, balance, and confidence through structured, age appropriate play.

Classes run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at Bromley United Reformed Church for ages 13 months to 5 years, Pay As You Go, so no commitment needed.

☀️ Summer may not have fully arrived just yet, but with the Summer Solstice on 21st June marking the longest day of the year, warmer days are hopefully just around the corner!

Whether you're enjoying sunshine, dodging rain showers or doing a bit of both, the summer months bring wonderful opportunities for sensory exploration. Babies love watching leaves dancing in the breeze, listening to birdsong and discovering new sights, sounds and textures outdoors.

As Dr Lin Day reminds us, sunlight is an important source of vitamin D, but babies' delicate skin needs extra protection during periods of strong UV radiation.

Because of concerns over sunburn, the FDA recommends that babies avoid direct sunlight between 10am and 4pm, when UV radiation is at its strongest.

Swipe through for Dr Lin Day's sunshine safety advice, simple tips to help keep your little one comfortable in warmer weather, and an exclusive offer from our friends at SnoozeShade.

How are you and your baby enjoying the great outdoors this month? ☀️

Who’s joining us this week for Castles and Dragons?

I’m Hayley and I run Toddler Sense classes at Bromley United Reformed Church in the town centre and I’d love to introduce you to what we do!

If you have a toddler aged 13 months to 5 years and you’re looking for something genuinely different, this is it. Toddler Sense isn’t your average toddler class. Every single week we completely transform the church hall into a brand new world. New theme, new setup, new activities. You could come every week for two years and never have the same experience twice! 🌈

Picture your little one walking in each week not knowing what awaits them. One week it’s sunshine and rainbow catching, the next it’s a music party or a trip to Barcelona! Each class starts with free play, climbing, bouncing, exploring and having an absolute blast. Then we move into our guided adventure with original live music, rhythm sticks, sensory activities and our much loved character Tod. There’s a lovely gentle routine your toddler will quickly come to love and loads of ideas you can take home too 💛

What makes us different:
✅ Brand new adventure every single week, never repeated
✅ Original music throughout every class
✅ Trained class leaders who create real magic and excitement
✅ Supports exercise, imagination, social skills and emotional development
✅ No subscription, no commitment. Just come when you can! Pay As You Go

Classes run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at Bromley United Reformed Church, right in the town centre 📍

For toddlers 13 months to 5 years 🌟

Just drop me a comment or a message to find out more.
