Hear what another of our clients has to say about us!
“I have always found PLP to be very responsive. I deal primarily with Amy, who is consistently helpful and proactive in her approach.
As a Property Manager, there are often actions that remain outstanding for a period of time whilst funding is arranged or approvals are obtained from developers or clients. In these situations, I find it extremely helpful to receive reminders and follow-ups from PLP.
Property management is an incredibly busy role with many competing priorities, so it is reassuring to work with a contractor such as PLP, where I do not feel the need to continually chase to ensure contractual visits have been completed. Their proactive communication
and reminders regarding outstanding actions are exactly the type of support needed to help ensure sites remain compliant and matters continue progressing efficiently.”
Thank you Louise for your continued support 💙

When you’re managing a building, fire safety is a responsibility you carry every day.
Fire extinguishers are often the first line of defence if a fire starts in an occupied property, but only if they’ve been properly serviced and maintained. At PLP, we carry out extinguisher servicing in line with BS5306-3, ensuring every unit is fully compliant, safe, and ready to perform when needed.
For property managers, that means fewer worries about compliance gaps, maintenance issues, or unexpected failures. Our BAFE-certified technicians take care of everything properly, with no hidden costs and all consumables included as standard, keeping your buildings protected and your obligations covered.
Why not take advantage of our competitive annual maintenance agreement to ensure you remain compliant.

33 dry risers. 30 buildings. One university campus!
This week in Uxbridge, our engineers are testing 33 dry risers across a large university campus, spanning 30 buildings in total. It’s a scale that highlights just how critical consistent maintenance and compliance are for complex environments like these.
Led by our Passive Fire Project Manager, Jamie Driver, and supported by Passive Fire Project Engineers, Christian and Louis, the team is navigating the challenges of working within a live university setting. Every element of the job requires careful coordination and a safety first approach.
The team have been doing a fantastic job, and are continuing to maintain high standards, ensuring everything is delivered safely and compliantly at every stage.
For property managers, this highlights the importance of routine testing on large, multi-building sites to ensure fire safety measures function effectively in an emergency.
If you manage a large site, are you confident every dry riser is fully compliant and ready for an emergency?
