A neighbourhood gem worth knowing about, locals' favourite Gussy's Ice Cream Parlour.

Run by the much-loved Gus Bodur, better known as Gussy the Ice Cream Man, Gussy's Ice Cream at Claremont Park serves its famous ice cream alongside warm pastries, hot drinks and sandwiches made with fresh Italian produce, all from a vegetarian menu.

And it's about more than just great food. Cuppa Club runs every Monday at 11am for the local 65+ community, while Chess Club takes place every Friday from 12–4pm – and everyone is welcome.
