Tonight we welcome Professor Graeme Yorston as we continue our Crime and Thriller Fest.

"So many of the celebrated lives of writers, artists, composers and performers and so many key moments in human history have been affected by mental health issues. From the murderous madness of ancient kings and emperors to the internal torments of creative people struggling to be unique, this channel explores this fascinating, surprising and sometimes dark and uncomfortable world. Graeme Yorston brings his 30 years of clinical experience as a neuropsychiatrist and lifetime passion for history and the arts to present a wide range of biographical and historical documentaries that will challenge how you think about people with mental health problems or who are just different."

Professor Yorston will be looking the whys of infamous killers and talking about what makes them do what they do.

There is still time to get a ticket although there are only limited spaces left.

With the summer holidays fast approaching, make sure you factor in a little "me time" too! β˜€οΈ

We've got plenty planned for the children over the holidays, but we're not forgetting the grown-ups.

Why not unwind with some relaxing creativity at our Book Bedazzling evening, or if you're looking for something a little more lively, join us for our fun Paint and Sip night. Whether you fancy a calm evening of crafting or a sociable night out with friends, we've got something for you.

A few spaces remain on both events, so don't miss your chance to treat yourself this summer!

New to sound therapy? Here's what some of our regular attendees think to Alli's sessions.

"The time seems to fly by. It's one of the few times I can truly disconnect from everything and focus on myself. Alli has a lovely, calming presence and creates a space where you can completely relax and unwind."

"As someone who finds it difficult to slow down, I was amazed at how quickly I felt myself relax. The sound therapy gives me a chance to properly reset, and I've noticed I feel much more balanced and less anxious after attending regularly."

"I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I first came along, but I left feeling calmer than I had in weeks. Alli creates such a welcoming atmosphere, and the sound therapy session helped me completely switch off from the stresses of everyday life."

Why not book yourself on and see for yourself?

A great evening to kick off our Crime and Thriller Fest with The Ghost Detective last night.

It was really interesting to hear from Adrian, Lewis and Mark about how they conduct their investigations.

Thank you to all who came and made it an enjoyable evening! πŸ‘»
