Congratulations to Pte Irish, one of our Chefs! He secured 3rd place in the junior skills category of 2026 Ex Sustainer.

His chosen dish was Sole Meunière. The category required competitors to fillet a lemon sole and prepare two servings in a 30 mins time limit. He was competing against chefs from 167, USA and Oman.
