About the role:
Support individuals in their own homes with day-to-day living, including personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, wellbeing checks, and building positive, trusting relationships.

The role involves working both independently and alongside colleagues (including double-up care), with support from office staff and an on-call service throughout shifts.
