Oh and are at on Saturday - back with the creating more artwork to commentate aids memorial quilt…

Did you know that after the age of 10, fewer girls use outdoor spaces?

When looking at the Skills Garden sites in the Netherlands, we found that more women used the Skills Garden than traditional playgrounds.

There are many innovative and inspiring campaigns out there trying to make outdoor spaces a more accessible and inviting place to play, like

It’s even more important to consider making outdoor spaces a PLAYCE where women and girls can exercise and play freely on a day like today, (and every other day)!

Do you know the term rhythmic ability?

It is the ability to maintain a steady beat, and is really useful in learning sport specific skills; for example moving in different directions in football.

Better rhythmic ability could make you a better football player!

Have you heard the term donor sports? According to the ASM (athletics skill model), we should include various physical activities into sports practise (donor sports), which help us learn similar sports skills!

Motor Competence is the ability to perform basic movement skills (aka the fundamental 10) The higher a person’s ability to perform these movements, more likely they will engage in sports and physical activity!

If you are not confident in performing these skills, will be the place to start developing them. Our team of volunteers will be around to support you!
