The Ghana Export-Import Bank (EXIM) is a body Corporate established by the Ghana Export Import Bank Act, 2016 (Act 911).
EDAIF is an agency of the Ministry of Trade and Industry established by an Act of Parliament (Act 872) which received presidential assent on 8th January 2014. The Fund was set up to support the development and promotion of agro-processing, industrial development and the export trade. EDAIF provides four main facilities under its mandate. These are:
