The NPP Students’ Wing proudly presents final episode of the Know Your Executive Series, featuring our able National Coordinator, Mr. Yusuf Tunkara.

As National Coordinator, Yusuf strengthens the structures of the Wing across the country, ensuring effective coordination among regional, and institutional representatives. His vision and attentiveness to teamwork, organization, and youth empowerment has contributed significantly to advancing the vision and objectives of the NPP Students’ Wing.

Yusuf exemplifies the values of hard work, discipline, and leadership. Through his service, he continues to inspire young people to actively participate in national development and political engagement.

NPP STUDENTS ’ WING PARTICIPATES IN 2ND EDITION OF MANSA K***A MINISTERIAL TOWNHALL

The NPP Students’ Wing actively participated in the 2nd Edition of the Mansa K***a Ministerial Townhall Meeting with stakeholders. This engagement underscores our commitment to youth inclusion in national discourse and governance.

The Students’ Wing remains a strong constructive voice advocating for the interests of young people across the country.
We would also commend the Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services for the successful launch of the ***A , a timely initiative that will amplify positive stories, promote transparency, and engage citizens in a more efficient and effective fashion. This publication represents a significant stride toward an informed and connected Gambian citizenry.

The advancement of The Gambia is a shared responsibility. When students engage, institutions listen, and communities are empowered, we collectively move closer to the prosperous, just, and united nation we all envision.

Today, we are pleased to feature Maimuna K. Jallow, the Deputy National Coordinator of the NPP Students’ Wing.

Her role is crucial in supporting the coordination of the Wing’s activities across all board, assisting in the implementation of programmes, and strengthening engagement among students at various institutions. Her commitment, diligence, and passion for service continue to contribute significantly to the advancement of the Wing’s goals and objectives.

We commend Maimuna K. Jallow for her impeccable and valuable service, and we remain confident in her continued contributions to the growth and success of the NPP Students’ Wing.

President Adama Barrow’s record speaks through the roads, schools, health facilities, electricity expansion, and development projects delivered across the country.

As we near the end of the “Know Your Executive Series,” this episode features our dedicated and hardworking Secretary General, Mr. Alhassan Drammeh.

As Secretary General, Alhassan plays a significant role in coordinating the affairs of the Wing, maintaining institutional records, and overseeing the implementation of key decisions and activities. His commitment to duty, organizational skills, and passion for youth participation have significantly contributed to the growth, visibility, and effectiveness of the NPP Students’ Wing.

The NPP Students’ Wing is pleased to continue its Know Your Executive Series, an initiative designed to introduce members and supporters to the dedicated individuals serving within the Wing’s leadership structure.

In this edition, we proudly spotlight Buba Sillah, the Departmental Secretary General of the NPP Students’ Wing.

As Deputy Secretary General, Buba plays a vital role in supporting the administrative coordination of the Wing, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring the effective implementation of decisions and programmes geared towards advancing the interests of students nationwide.

NPP Students’ Wing Delegates to Participate in International Conference in China

The National People’s Party (NPP) Students’ Wing is pleased to announce that five of its members have been selected to join an NPP delegation travelling to the People’s Republic of China to participate in an international conference scheduled to take place from 1st to 14th June 2026.

The conference will bring together political party representatives, youth leaders and academics to engage in discussions on governance, leadership, development cooperation, youth empowerment, and international partnerships.

The participation of members of the NPP Students’ Wing in this important international engagement reflects the party’s continued commitment to investing in young leaders and providing them with opportunities to gain global exposure, exchange ideas, and develop the skills necessary to contribute meaningfully to national development.

The delegation is expected to engage in a series of seminars, workshops, field visits, and cultural exchange activities designed to enhance participants’ understanding of governance, economic development, innovation, and international cooperation.

Speaking on behalf of the NPP Students’ Wing, the leadership expressed gratitude to the party for the opportunity and confidence reposed in the selected members. The delegation’s participation will not only strengthen the ties between The Gambia and China but will also provide valuable insights that can contribute to youth development and nation-building efforts back home.

The NPP Students’ Wing wishes the delegation a successful and productive stay in China and looks forward to the knowledge, experiences, and networks they will bring back to benefit the party, the youth, and The Gambia as a whole.
