幾位女性駐港總領事都展現出包容嘅領導能力，除咗推動正面改變之餘，亦都協力加強世界各地嘅緊密聯繫。

Today on International Day of Women in Diplomacy, we recognise and celebrate the contributions of women in shaping global decision-making.

🇩🇪🏛️ 走入德國政治幕後：聯邦政府大開放日！

啱啱過去嘅週末，德國總理府同各大聯邦部會（包括外交部）舉辦咗一年一度嘅「政府開放日」（Tag der offenen Tür），各部門打開大門，公開、透明地面對公眾！

親臨現場嘅市民獲得難得嘅機會，一窺德國政治同外交嘅幕後日常運作。由國際危機應變機制、對外文化交流工作，到現場仲有安排座談會、專題展覽以至音樂表演，活動內容豐富多樣，所有人都有機會參與。

對好多參觀者嚟講，今次活動嘅最特別嘅行程，莫過於可以直接同政府團隊、各位聯邦部長，甚至係德國總理默茨（Friedrich Merz）親身面對面直接交流。

見到咁多人聚首一堂，一齊親身體驗民主體制同外交工作嘅日常運作，對參與者以及聯邦政府各部門都別具意義！✨

🇩🇪🏛️Behind the Scenes of German Politics: Open Day of the German Federal Government

Over the past weekend, the Federal Chancellery and the Federal Ministries including the Federal Foreign Office opened their doors to the public for the annual “Open Doors Day” (Tag der offenen Tür).

Visitors had the unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of German politics and diplomacy. From insights into international crisis response and cultural relations to live panel discussions, exhibitions, and musical performances, it was a packed programme for all generations.

A major highlight for many was the chance to engage in direct dialogue with government staff, federal ministers, and Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

It was wonderful to see so many people coming together to experience democracy and diplomacy in action! ✨

What an incredible couple of nights with Levin Goes Lightly at Make Music Hong Kong 2026! 🎉 The German Post-Punk / Cold Wave band absolutely captivated audiences at the Fringe Club and Terrible Baby @ Eaton with their energetic performances.
The dance floor was packed both nights – it was amazing to see everyone connecting with the music! 🕺💃 The band poured their hearts (and sweat!😅) into every song, delivering unforgettable shows.

上個禮拜如果經過國際廚藝學院（ICI），應該會聞到一陣香噴噴嘅麵包味！「德國 iba-UIBC 世界麵包師大賽 2027 — 港澳賽區選拔賽決賽」已經喺上星期圓滿結束。今年賽事更是首度設立港澳賽區，讓一眾本地新秀同大師級師傅同台切磋，爭奪踏上世界舞台嘅席位。

經過一番龍爭虎鬥，專業組最終由 黎林鑫 師傅 脫穎而出，勇奪冠軍！🥇 佢即將代表港澳區進軍上海中國區總決賽，全力爭奪 2027 年直飛德國慕尼黑全球總決賽嘅唯一入場券。

非常感謝主辦單位邀請我哋出席頒獎禮，等我哋嘅文化副領事Stefanie Walter可以到現場同各位參賽者、贊助商以及 ICI 團隊近距離交流。🤝

Huge congratulations to all the talented bakers who participated in the iba UIBC Cup of Bakers 2027 “Golden Statue Cup” China - Hong Kong SAR & Macao SAR Regional Selection Final at International Culinary Institute last weekend! 🏅 It was great to see students and professionals from Hong Kong and Macao included in the selection process for the first time. The winner in the professional category, Lam Yam Lai, will advance to the China National Final in Shanghai, with a chance to qualify for the global finals in Munich 2027!

It was a pleasure and an honour for our cultural attaché, Stefanie Walter, to take part in the award ceremony and meet the bakers, organizers, sponsors, and hosts of the event.

The iba UIBC Cup of Bakers is widely regarded as one of the world’s premier professional baking competitions, bringing together leading teams from around the world for the finals at the iba trade fair for the baking and confectionery industry in Germany to showcase excellence in craftsmanship, innovation and applied technical skills.
