The Centre for Alleviation of Poverty through Sustainable Agriculture (CAPSA) is a regional institution and subsidiary body of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), based in Bogor, Indonesia. CAPSA's mission is to act as Asia-Pacific regional hub for policy research, capacity building and knowledge sharing and networking in the areas of sustainable agriculture, food security and inclusive rural development.
