The fleet of little boats moved off all at once, gliding across the lake, which was smooth as glass. Everyone was silent, staring up at the great castle overhead. It towered over them as they sailed nearer - Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone

Flow, between the identities.
Acrylic on black chart paper.
This portrait involved using random pieces from different portraits to make one in distorted form and structure. You must learn to give up something to achieve another.
I learnt how to incorporate various identities into one face and also include all the skin tones because these skin tones form a major part of our identities and where we come from.
Personally, I tried blending all skin tones because I didn't want any lines seperating them and wanted my work to incorporate the concept of 'flow' and hence the long face.
