From arriving in Chennai nine years ago to becoming a Fire Design Specialist, Suman Samal shares a journey shaped by opportunity, trust, and teamwork.

Starting as a Fire Design Engineer at Capstone Building Services, his growth has been driven by constant encouragement, hands-on challenges, and a culture where leaders guide, teams collaborate, and learning never stops.
