We are proud to announce the signing of an MoU with the Electronics Sector Skills Council Of India (ESSCI), marking a significant step forward in strengthening skill development in the HVAC&R sector on 4th June in New Delhi.
This collaboration will enable HVAC&R professionals, technicians, and new entrants to access industry-relevant training and Government-recognized certifications.
Together, we will work towards developing NSQF-aligned courses, assessments, and certification pathways focused on refrigeration, cold storage, sustainable cooling, energy efficiency, and emerging technologies.
Building a skilled workforce for a sustainable future!

As India faces intensifying heat waves, ISHRAE has released a comprehensive Position Paper on Managing Heat Stress & Enhancing Thermal Comfort (May 2026). From individual behaviour to building design, it offers science-backed guidance for every stakeholder in the built environment. Key highlights include operating ACs at 25ยฐC or higher, using ceiling fans to save 6โ10% energy per degree, and applying cool-roof coatings to reduce indoor temperatures by up to 5ยฐC.
Building owners are urged to plant trees, install external shading, and create common cooling rooms for vulnerable occupants. A timely and essential read for engineers, architects, policymakers, and citizens committed to building a climate-resilient India. ๐๏ธ๐ฟ
