WHO GAVE THE MOB THE RIGHT TO DEMOLISH?

In Delhi’s Pitampura, a mob allegedly led by BJP MLA Karnail Singh demolished a structure described as an “illegal madrasa” on DDA land.

When elected representatives take the law into their own hands, democracy itself is under threat.
If there is a legal dispute, it must be handled through constitutional and judicial procedures, not through mob action and intimidation.

msf JMI officially raised the hostel re-admission issue before the concerned authorities.
Formal representations were submitted to the Provosts of three girls’ hostels demanding extension of the deadline, transparency in the interview process, and consideration for outstation students.
The matter has been formally communicated, and we look forward to a constructive response from the authorities.
