Where heritage meets diplomacy. ✨
We are incredibly honored to welcome the delegates of the 2nd BRICS Culture Working Group to our Craft Demonstration-cum-Awareness Programme at the Deen Dayal Hastkala Sankul in Varanasi!
From the soulful, historic notes of the Shehnai paying homage to Ustad Bismillah Khan, to live masterclasses in intricate weaving and local basketry, this event is a true celebration of India’s living traditions. It is a privilege to showcase the resilience, innovation, and sustainable beauty of Indian handicrafts to the global stage. 🇮🇳🌍

We had the distinct honor of hosting the wonderful Ms. Neelam Pratap Rudy—aviation pioneer, accomplished sportswoman, cultural advocate, and wife of former Union Minister Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy.

Received with a warm welcome by our Assistant Director (Northern Region), Ms. Rudy spent meaningful time exploring the vibrant space of the Kunj. She was deeply moved by the meticulous skill and living legacy on display, and loved the way our traditional crafts take center stage here!

Loved the way she championed our master artisans and left everyone feeling incredibly inspired by her encouraging words. Thank you for your grace and support! 🇮🇳❤️
