Due to proposed migration of all applications from the old cloud infrastructure to the new cloud infrastructure, all applications shall be under shutdown from 07.10.2022 ,09:00 Hours to 10.10.2022 ,08:00 Hours. During this shutdown period, the following applications/online services will be fully/partially impacted:

*APDCL portal, mybijulee app and online services*: All online services such as payment, recharge, bill view etc will not be available. For smart prepaid consumers, no disconnection shall happen during this period on balance exhaustion. For standalone prepaid meters, recharge can be done at ESD counter through vendor system.

Bijulee bandhu: will not be available during this period, however, 1912 call facility will be available.

Other systems (IT Helpdesk, CMS, Rodalee): will not be available during this period.

Inconvenience cause in this regard is highly regretted.
