The micro-steps are tiny, structural boundaries to help you protect your home’s baseline energy. Because we cannot co-regulate our kids when our own batteries are running on empty.

If parenting had a résumé, it would be one of the most demanding roles out there.
No breaks. No clear job description. And a level of emotional labour that often goes unseen.
This Global Day of Parents, we wanted to do two things:
Celebrate you, and remind you that you don’t have to do all of this perfectly.
Because behind every “good parent” is not someone who gets it right all the time,
but someone who shows up, repairs, learns, and keeps going.
The truth is:
Your child doesn’t need a perfect parent.
They need a present one.
Here’s to doing this messy, meaningful job with a little more support, a little less pressure, and a lot more self-compassion. 🤍
