Plants don’t thrive on surprises.
They grow with rhythm, routine, and care. 🌱
Random watering, sudden fertilizers, or last-minute attention only stress them.
Just like us, plants need consistency to stay healthy.
At Sunad Garden, we believe:
👉 Routine care = long-term growth
Because healthy plants are not accidents.

Tune into Nature's Rhythm with the Ayurvedic Dosha Clock! ✨

Ever wonder why your energy ebbs and flows throughout the day? Ayurveda has a beautiful explanation: the Dosha Clock. Our bodies are deeply connected to the cycles of nature, and each part of the day is governed by the energy of a specific dosha—Vata, Pitta, or Kapha.

By aligning our daily routine with this natural clock, we can enhance our digestion, boost energy, and promote overall well-being.

Here’s a simple guide to the rhythm of the day:

🌿 Kapha Time (6 am - 10 am & 6 pm - 10 pm)

Morning: The body can feel heavy. It's a great time for exercise to get energized.

Evening: Time to wind down. A light dinner and relaxing activities are ideal.

🔥 Pitta Time (10 am - 2 pm & 10 pm - 2 am)

Daytime: Your digestive fire (Agni) is strongest! This is the best time for your largest meal.

Night: Your body is in a deep cleansing and metabolic state. It's crucial to be asleep during this time.

💨 Vata Time (2 pm - 6 pm & 2 am - 6 am)

Afternoon: A period of active, creative energy. Perfect for brainstorming and movement.

Early Morning: The time of dreams and spiritual awareness. Waking up during this "Amrit Vela" is considered highly auspicious.

Living in sync with this clock is a powerful way to cultivate balance from within. Which dosha time do you feel the most? Let us know in the comments! 👇
