Five days Exposure-cum-Immersion for BIPARD CFC Officers at JEEVIKA, Vaishali has been started. These 60 Officers will stay at the household of Community Members in different villages of Vaishali dist. Pics of Briefing session.

Community members of Goraul block (Vaishali) is doing activity of Beekeeping under Jai Bhim Beekeeping Producer Group, Goraul. There are 32 members in this Producer Group who are cumulatively doing this activity. Produced honey of this PG is purchasing by Madhugram Mahila Producer Company Limited, Vaishali.

Voter Awareness Campaign has been organized in Patepur block of Vaishali District. Shapath and Matdan Sankalp activity have been done in this block . . Oath have been also organized in this campaign and members who were present there have assured to aware other Community Members.

In Hajipur (Vaishali Dist), which has been famous for banana production for centuries, the Jeevika Didis of Vaishali district have taken a unique initiative. Jeevika Didis have made banana waste a means of their entrepreneurship. Banana waste material like banana fiber (substance extracted from banana thum), banana sap water, vermi compost etc. were identified as means of entrepreneurship and it was developed as entrepreneurship.

Voter Awareness Campaign has been organized in Rajapakar block of Vaishali District. Community members have been informed about 12 different identity cards which is valid for voting, Polling Day and concerned Booth. Nukkad Natak and Oath have been also organized in this campaign and members who were present there have assured to aware other Community Members.

JEEVIKA Didis are being encouraged for backyard poultry farming under the Integrated Poultry Development Scheme. In this sequence, Indu Devi, Sima Devi , Chanda Devi of Bhathadasi village under Katari Panchayat of Rajapakar block of Vaishali district have joined this scheme.

In Hajipur Sadar of Vaishali dist, Community Members are doing different awareness campaigns to maximize voter percentage. 58 Low VTR (Voter Turn Out) polling stations have been identified in Hajipur and JEEVIKA didis are continuously working specially in these areas for voter awareness.

Veena Kumari's work as an agricultural entrepreneur has established her new identity. She is providing assistance to local farmers through “Veena Krishi Udyami Seva Kendra”, block-Mahua (Vaishali). Her work is to provide advice regarding crop quality, connect farmers to the market and helps to get loan facilities from banks.

In Vaishali dist, Community Members are being aware through Video dissemination by Pico Projectors. In all 16 blocks, SVEEP related different Video films has been disseminated through 143 Pico Projectors in every CBOs of JEEVIKA, Vaishali. Video films which we are disseminating is Issued by Election Commission of India and some video films have been also developed by JEEVIKA, Vaishali.

JEEViKA Health Help Desk situated in Sadar Hospital, Hajipur (Vaishali) is helping 80-90 patient daily. Jeevika Didi, also known as Jeevika Swasthya Mitra, helps people in getting treatment and admission in Sadar Hospital by reaching out to the help desk. They provide better medical assistance and advice, including registration and prescription of patients upon arrival at the hospital.
