As you said that it wasn't easy to roll out projects and programmes in the last regime ( Uhuru's Gov't) and now is the time to deliver.

I congratulate the winners of April Nominations and wish them all the best in the August general election. I wholeheartedly thank the people of Chepalungu for entrusting me with the responsibility to steer the development of this constituency from 2017 to date. We accomplished a lot together though a lot remains to be done. Some of which are under way like the construction of Chepalungu MTC, improvement to Bitumen standard of Kyogong- Sigor- Chebunyo Road, Sigor - Lelaitich- Nyakichiwa- Longisa Road, Last Mile power connectivity among others. I shall forever be indebted to you. To those who voted for me, I am grateful. To those who had a divergent vision of where Chepalungu should head from August 2022, I salute and congratulate them. I will continue being an active member of the community after my term ends in August. I have made many friends in the constituency and beyond and have had experiences that I cherish while serving Chepalungu. Let me wish everyone Godspeed and may God bless you all. Kongoi !

I am deeply saddened to learn of the demise of Mama Jane Tirop. The departed was a steadfast God-fearing and devoted woman who brought up diligent men and women. She was undoubtedly a rare gem, with a beautiful temperament and we feel so honored to have known her in this lifetime. On behalf of my family and the people of Chepalungu, I take this opportunity to condole with the family of the First Governor, Bomet County, The Hon. Isaac Ruto, E.G.H. May the good Lord of all consolation give you strength, fortitude to bear the loss and comfort you all during this difficult moment. Rest in Peace Mama Jane.
