My heart goes out to you following the heartbreaking fire tragedy that claimed your house. In moments like this, true leadership means standing with our people through hardship. I stand with you in solidarity and prayer during this trying time.

‎Joined the faithful of KAG Church Nyondia during their Pastor's day of Rev Peter Kibaru. Pastor's Day is important because it provides a dedicated time to honor spiritual leaders for their tireless emotional, mental and spiritual labor. It fulfills a biblical command to show honor, promotes the well-being of church leadership and strengthens the overall church community.

‎I have today inspected the ongoing construction of a water tower and solar installation at Kirima Water Project. A solar-powered water pump combined with a water tower reserve tank provides off-grid autonomy, zero ongoing fuel costs, and reliable, gravity-fed pressure. This system is perfect for remote areas and agricultural hubs because it operates independently of national grids and protects against power outages. Together with her Excellency the Governor Hon Susan Kihika we are committed to ensure that we provide clean and safe drinking water to all residents.

‎Today I have registered my condelence message, to parents who lost their daughters at Utumishi Girls Academy, at the floor of the county assembly, it is with a heavy heart and profound sorrow that I extend my deepest sympathies to you and your loved ones following the tragic fire incident that claimed the lives of our precious daughters.

‎The loss of a child is an unbearable pain, and losing them in such a sudden and devastating way is a grief no parent should ever have to bear.

‎These young angels were a beacon of hope, joy, and potential within our community.

‎Their bright futures were cut entirely too short, and their absence leaves a void that can never be filled.

‎During this incredibly difficult and dark time, please know that you are not alone. Our entire community holds you in our thoughts and prayers.

‎ We pray that the Almighty grants you the strength, courage, and peace needed to navigate this heartbreak.

‎Let me clarify one thing as a parent our Involvement to our children is not just paying school fees and buying uniforms. Responsibility requires our presence, not just your finances.

‎It means sitting with our children to ask about their day, their friendships and their struggles.
‎We should also mould their character by showing them integrity.
‎ Children do not just listen to what we say; they copy what we do. If we practice honesty, respect, and hard work at home, our children will bring those identical values into the classroom.

‎As leaders we should put up policies and measures for disaster preparedness that are essential for saving lives, minimizing property damage.

‎May law now take it course and to everyone who will be held liable action should be taken without any biasesness.

‎Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) and vocational training form the bedrock of community progress.

‎It has been my plea as a leader for Malewa west ward, to have a modern vocational training center where our young youths will be getting skills free of charge and for the first time in history my vision is now being actualized as we have now started construction of two classrooms and an office at Malewa west vocational training center.

‎Also Nyondia Annex Ecde classroom and abulation block is now taking shape.

‎A well-equipped ECDE classroom shapes a child’s cognitive and social growth, while modernized Vocational Training Centers (VTCs) empower youth with sustainable, hands-on skills.

‎A child's first step into school should inspire wonder, not fear of a dilapidated, dusty room.

‎Modern ECDE classrooms are more than just four walls and a roof. They are child-friendly spaces specifically designed to support early brain development and the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).

‎ By equipping these classrooms with modern amenities, proper seating, and interactive, safe play areas, we are ensuring that our youngest learners get a fair start in life.

‎ Quality early education builds emotional intelligence, language skills, and a lifelong love for learning, bridging the gap between public and private education right here in our county.

‎ But we cannot stop at the foundation; we must also build the bridge to adulthood. Our modernly equipped Vocational Training Centers are the engines of our local economy.

‎In today’s world, practical, technical skills are in high demand.

‎After completion our VTC with modern tools, that will give our youth hands-on experience in trades like mechanics, carpentry, ICT and tailoring.

‎ This investment combats unemployment by shifting the narrative—transforming our youth into job creators rather than job seekers.

‎Development is not just about roads and bridges; it is about investing in human capital.

‎As a leader, I remain fully committed to championing assembly budgets that prioritize education at every level.

‎Let us continue working together, utilizing local labor where possible, and taking ownership of these institutions.

‎When we invest in our ECD centers and VTCs, we are investing in the generational prosperity of our community.

I together with her Excellency the Governor Hon Susan Kihika we are committed to ensure that we improve infrastructure of our Ecde and also equip our youths and young parents with skills so that they can build their future.
