Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir today presented key National Transport and Safety Authority and Traffic Act regulations before the National Assembly Committee on Delegated Legislation aimed at enhancing road safety, improving vehicle inspection standards, regulating school and commercial transport and combating drink driving.

The proposed regulations seek to reduce road accidents, fatalities and injuries while promoting accountability and efficiency in the transport sector.
