ដោយយល់ឃើញថា ភាពស្អាតមិនមែនជាភាពប្រណីត ប៉ុន្តែជាតម្រូវការជាមូលដ្ឋានរបស់មនុស្ស ក្រុមហ៊ុន ហ្កា អ៊ី យ៉ា បានបរិច្ចាគការ៉ុងសម្រាប់ដាក់សំរាមចំនួន១,០០០ដល់មន្ទីរបរិស្ថានខេត្តសៀមរាបដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការគ្រប់គ្រងសំរាម និងសំណល់ប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ការពារសុខភាពសាធារណៈ និងកែលម្អលក្ខខណ្ឌរស់នៅសម្រាប់សហគមន៍ដែលផ្លាស់ទីលំនៅ។

Recognizing that cleanliness is not a luxury but a basic human need, GAEA donated 1,000 garbage bags to the Siem Reap Provincial Department of Environment to support daily waste management, protect public health, and improve living conditions for displaced communities.

Unofficial Translation: Chapter 3: Separation, Packaging, Storage and Disposal of Garbage and Solid waste of Downtowns.

Article 16:
Owners of garbage and solid waste of downtowns shall be responsible for waste packaging by a plastic bag or keeping their waste in a private bin with thorough manner, without any leaking, sipping of wastewater or emission of stink within the period of storage awaiting discharge consistent with guidance of capital, municipal, district and khan administration.
