Healthy minds build productive workplaces.

The Embassy organised a Yoga session on “Yoga for Productivity at the Workplace” at the Hyosung Office, Seoul on May 22, highlighting the power of yoga in building healthier, happier, and more productive work environments.

The session focused on stress management, workplace mental well-being, mindfulness, and practical wellness techniques that can be integrated into everyday professional life. Participants experienced how yoga can enhance focus, resilience, and overall workplace harmony.

건강한 마음이 생산적인 일터를 만듭니다.

주한인도대사관은 5월 22일 서울 효성그룹 본사에서 “직장 내 생산성을 위한 요가(Yoga for Productivity at the Workplace)” 세션을 개최하여, 더 건강하고 행복한 업무 환경을 만드는 데 있어 요가의 가치를 소개했습니다.

이번 세션에서는 스트레스 관리, 직장 내 정신 건강과 웰빙, 마음챙김, 그리고 일상 업무에 활용할 수 있는 실질적인 웰니스 기법들을 다뤘습니다. 참가자들은 요가가 집중력과 회복탄력성을 높이고, 보다 조화로운 직장 문화를 만드는 데 어떻게 도움이 되는지를 직접 체험하는 시간을 가졌습니다.

Ambassador met Mr. Byungdeuk Chae, President of Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute .

They had fruitful discussions on advancing financial integration between India and RoK, including the next steps towards the operationalization of digital payment integration.

Ambassador had insightful discussions with Mr. Kim Sung-joo, Chairman and CEO, National Pension Service of the Republic of Korea.

They discussed the trends in the rapidly growing Indian economy, , Korean in India, and furthering opportunities for Korean investments in India, including in infrastructure.

The Embassy facilitated interaction between the team that visited RoK to participate in the inaugural edition of India Day, and representatives of Korea Importers Association , and Indian restaurants in Seoul.

They discussed furthering collaboration for highlighting India's initiative, and promoting unique products from each Indian district, ranging from specialized agricultural produce and handicrafts to GI-tagged goods in RoK.

라즈나트 싱 국방 장관은 서울에서 열린 인도-한국 방위산업 비즈니스 라운드테이블을 주재하였습니다. 라운드테이블에는 양국 고위급 관계자와 방산 리더가 모여 방산 제조와 회복 탄력성 있는 공급망 부문 협력을 모색하였습니다.

싱 장관은 #아트마니르바르바랏 ( #선진인도) 비전 아래 성장하는 인도의 방위산업을 강조하며 한국 기업이 인도와 협력을 심화할 것을 청하였습니다. 싱 장관은 인도-한국 파트너십이 신기술과 혁신 주도 방산 협력에서 큰 잠재력이 있음에 주목하며, 양국이 장기적으로 전략적•경제적 공통점이 생길 것이라 이야기하였습니다.

Laid wreath at the National Cemetery of Korea and paid homage to the brave soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice in service of their nation. Their courage, dedication and spirit of patriotism remain an enduring source of inspiration. India stands in solidarity with the Republic of Korea in honouring the legacy of its heroes.
