SOS Children's Villages, a global nonprofit based in Austria, supports children without parental care and at risk. The Lions Club of Colombo Professionals, chartered in June 2024, partnered with SOS to sponsor the education of 10 children for two years. During a visit to the SOS Village in Piliyandala, the club presented a sponsorship cheque to Mr. Divakar Ratnadurai, National Director of SOS Sri Lanka, with cricketer and brand ambassador Roshan Mahanama also in attendance.
