Matul din is-sena it-tfal fil-klassijiet tal-ewwel, it-tieni, it-tielet u s-sitt sena ħadu sehem bejniethom fi tliet proġetti differenti tal-etwinning ma skejjel Maltin u Ewropej. It-tliet proġetti kienu qed jippreżentaw kanzunetti u għanjiet Maltin. Dan kollu fi sfond biex insaħħu l-Malti u l-kultura Maltija.
Illum it-tfal tas-sitt sena ippreżentaw dawn il-proġetti fi Special Assembly. Nirringrazzjaw lil Ms. Dorianne Farrugia, l-għalliema tat-tagħlim diġitali u transversali, li taħdem flimkien mal-għalliema biex dawn il-proġetti jkunu possibbli.
During this year the year 1, year 2, year 3 and year 6 students took part in three different eTwinning projects along with other Maltese and European schools. The three projects centred round promoting Maltese songs and Maltese culture.
Today, the year 6 children prepared a Special Assembly and shared about these three projects. We would like to thank Ms. Dorianne Farrugia, our teacher of digital literacy and transversal skills, for her support and dedication.

It-tfal tal-kumitat tal-Eko Skola għamlu preżentazzjoni li tagħlaq sena t’attivitajiet. Fost l-attivitajiet li fakkruna fihom kienu meta ġbarna żebbuġ u għamilnieh fil-fliexken, meta żrajna t-tewm, l-ful u qarabagħli. Kellmuna wkoll fuq meta marru jirrapreżentaw lill-iskola fl-attività multi-kulturali fl-iskola sekondarja, fuq meta marru s-sala tal-konferenzi tal-Mediterran l-belt u ħadu sehem fis-summit tal-Eko Skola. Fuq kollox illum ġew preżentati t-tpinġijiet li saru minn xi tfal mill-ewwel sas-sitt sena fuq ħames temi ewlenin – il-Biodiversità, Nisseparaw l-iskart sew, Nibżgħu għall-ilma, Niffrankaw l-elettriku u Nkabbru l-ħxejjex aħna stess. Dawn it-tpinġijiet se jitwaħlu fil-kurituri tal-iskola.
Nistgħu ngħidu li l-iskola kollħa ħadet sehm fl-attivitajiet tal-Eko Skola u l-membri tal-kumitat għenu ħafna biex dan isir.
The students of the Eko Skola committee presented a special assembly about the activities carried out throughout the year. They spoke about when the whole school collected olives and the production of olive oil, they reminded when the garlic, beans and marrows were sown. They shared about when they took part in the multi-cultural activity at the secondary school and when they went to the Mediterranean Conference Hall to take part in the Eko Skola summit. Most of all, children’s paintings with the various Eko Skola themes were presented during the assembly. These themes include Biodiversity, Waste Management, Saving Water and Electricity and Grow your own crops. These drawings were done by children from year 1 to year 6 and they will be hung in the school corridors.
The whole school took part in these activities and the help of the children in the Eko Skola committee was very important for all this to happen.

Mumenti prezjużi li qsamna flimkien waqt li ġiet inkurunata l-Madonna u waqt iċ-ċelebrazzjoni tal-quddiesa flimkien mat-tfal tat-tieni sena li għadhom kif għamlu l-Ewwel Tqarbina.
Special moments shared together during the crowning of Our Lady and during the celebration of mass with the year 2 students who did their First Holy Communion.
