The Mental Well-being & Resilience Programme by Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Directorate. This is a 7-week-long programme, available online or face-to-face, seeking to instil core skills to navigate life’s many challenges in an interactive and engaging manner. These competencies include self-awareness, self-regulation, challenging negative thinking, and building meaningful social connections and are essential for mental wellbeing. Sessions are 1.5 hours long and include discussions, activities for self-reflection, and take-home handouts, all with a view to change behaviour and build key relevant habits. Those who complete this programme receive a certificate and a hard copy of a ‘Resilience Planner’ including action plans to maintain long-term change. This Programme is provided online to members of the general public or face-to-face with collaborating entities such as workplaces and community groups.
