π Successfully Concluded: Skim Latihan Penyelia Perkhidmatan Makanan (SLPPM) Siri 1
The 2-day SLPPM programme, held on 9β10 June 2026 at the National Centre for Food Safety (NCFS), Sepang, has successfully concluded.
Throughout the programme, participants enhanced their knowledge and competencies in food safety legislation, food hygiene requirements, pest control, food safety supervision, and compliance practices. The training also featured practical simulations and hands-on activities designed to strengthen the role of Food Service Premises Supervisors in ensuring safe and hygienic food handling practices.
Congratulations to all participants for their commitment, active participation, and successful completion of the programme. We look forward to continuing our collaborative efforts in promoting a stronger food safety culture and safeguarding public health.

Day 2 in Food Product Labelling and Hands-on Training at Avillion Admiral Cove, PD! π

The Prerequisite Program (PRP) of HACCP Training & Hands-On held from 5β7 May 2026 at Sama-Sama Hotel, KLIA has been successfully concluded.
Over the 3-day programme, participants gained comprehensive insights into PRP implementation (GAP, GMP & GHP), supported by interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, and real-case discussions. The programme was further enriched with an industry plant visit to Brahimβs Food Services Sdn Bhd, KLIA, providing valuable exposure to actual food safety practices in operation.
