Ohangwena Governor Kadiva Hamutumwa says plans are underway to establish a health centre in Omulonga Constituency to improve access to healthcare.

Currently the constituency does not have a health centre, forcing residents in need of advanced healthcare services to travel long distances to either Onandjokwe or Eenhana state hospitals for medical attention.

The clinics available in the constituency offer limited services and operate for restricted hours, making access to comprehensive healthcare a challenge for many residents.
