Digital Literacy Working Group met with UNFPA Nigeria Maiduguri Office for partnership and collaboration to strengthen the in the BAY State.
Macauley Chris Sabum Head of UNFPA MDSO Office and his entrourage led the meeting, and the DLWG technical team shared about the working group's mission and vision. The CD was inspired by the innovative idea behind establishing DLWG as he pledges his ultimate support to ensure the working achieved its mandate.
Thank you, UNFPA family, for hosting us, and we look forward to collaborating and ensuring women, girls, and youth are digitally empowered.

This important engagement brought together key experts, policymakers, and development partners to advance Nigeriaโs digital transformation agenda.

The Digital Literacy Working Group (DLWG) technical teams undertook an official visit to United Nations OCHA hub to meet Christopher Agutu with the primary objectives of:
1. Formally introducing DLWG to the localization advisory.
2. Seeking guidance and technical support.
3. Establishing strategic connections with sector coordinators and relevant technical personnel to inform DLWG's work.
This visit aimed to strengthen collaboration and enhance DLWG capacity to drive digital literacy initiatives effectively across the BAY states.

The Digital Literacy Working Group Information Unit is happy to share the Registered Digital Literacy Working Group (DLWG) Partners Mapping in the BAY states of North-East Nigeria, 48 active partners delivering services across 50 LGAs and 78 locations.
This registered members will undergo a series of engagement to be equiped with resources and technical support to carried out intervention across States.
