MGC is contracted to organized, install and continuous running of a newly founded Business Club know to be called National Entrepreneurship Business Club, Neb Club. This is a newly formed club and needs to commence as planned by first of all setting up State Coordinators, Local (zonal) Coordinators, Consultants, National Coordinators (on merit) and country Supervisor before bringing in clients as members into the club which is the business.

Qualification: ND / HND / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / PHD in any relevant field

CONSULTANT’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Source for names and Addresses of personalities to join the NEB Club

2. Enroll new members within town to join NEB Club

3. Participate in Organizing Advocacies and Trainings for MGC and NEB Club.

4. Manage NEB Club activities for MGC.

5. Work for the success of MGC activities.

6. Bring in names, Addresses, Contacts of personalities to the Coordinator

7. Dispatch prepared correspondence to the new members / invitees

8. Take records of activities performed for reconciliation purpose before being paid at the end of the month.

9. To submit timely sales/ field report to the coordinator.

10. Using quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer behaviors and applying those insights to drive new business

11. Maintaining an effective and efficient organizational design that allows us to scale

12. Provide effective team network guidance in consulting and channel strategy.

13. Develop Product programmes to suit the needs of different segments.

14. Overall P&L overview, whilst ensuring that the budget objectives are attained.

15. Achieve overall profitability target.

16. Ensure timely and successful development and implementation of the company’s product.

CONSULTANT’S ROLES:

1. Source for new members to join the NEB Club (Business persons/Politicians/Government officers/etc.)

2. Consult for and carry out Trainings programs for MGC

3. Run advocacies and awareness of NEB Club for MGC.
