*ENGR. FRANCIS CHUKWU FELICITATES WITH GOVERNOR UZODIMMA ON THE CONFERMENT OF HONOURARY DOCTORATE ON THE GOVERNOR BY FUTO.*
It is with a joyful heart that I, Engr. Francis Chukwu, the General Manager, Imo State Environmental Transformation Commission (Imo ENTRACO), wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Executive Governor of Imo State, on the well-deserved conferment of an Honourary Doctorate Degree by the prestigious Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), during its 36th Convocation Ceremony held on Saturday.
Indeed, Your Excellency, this latest recognition is yet another feather added to your already decorated cap, affirming your sterling leadership, unwavering commitment to public service, and transformational strides in governance, which have positioned Imo State as a hub of progress and development.
Notably, while I commend the Management of Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) led by Distinguished Professor Nnenna Otti for finding Your Excellency Sir worthy of this remarkable Honour, I make bold to say that the Honourary Doctorate bestowed upon you reflects the high regard in which you are held, not only in Imo State but across the nation, as a visionary leader whose Shared Prosperity Agenda has brought impactful change to the lives of the people.
Thus, on behalf of the management and staff of Imo ENTRACO, I celebrate this monumental achievement and pledge our continued loyalty and support to your administration as you advance the cause of reconstruction, rehabilitation, and recovery in our beloved state.

*IMO ENTRACO SEEKS STRONGER TIES WITH NEW IIRS MANAGEMENT.*
The Imo State Environmental Transformation Commission (IMO ENTRACO) has solicited stronger synergy and collaboration with Imo State Internal Revenue Service for optimal productivity and much better result oriented outcomes.
The General Manager of Imo ENTRACO Engr. Francis Chukwu made this known when he paid a courtesy visit to the New Management of Imo State Internal Revenue Service (IIRS) at the Board of Internal Revenue Office Complex, Okigwe road, Owerri, Imo State Capital, recently.
He disclosed that the intention behind the visit was to establish a robust working synergy between Imo ENTRACO and IIRS, adding that Imo ENTRACO as one of the revenue generating Agencies of Imo State Government has it as a point of duty to establish a seamless mechanism for payment of levies generated through environmental compliance enforcement activities into the State Government's Treasury Single Account (TSA).
Engr. Chukwu who expressed the commitment of his Imo ENTRACO leadership to collaborating with sister Government Agencies in a bid to contribute towards the actualization of the Renewed Hope Agenda of Governor Hope Uzodimma's Administration, noted that the realization of the ideals of the State Government largely depends on the effectiveness of Ministeries, Departments and Agencies of which Imo ENTRACO and IIRS remain strategic in the entire system.
While congratulating the New IIRS Management on the appointment by the Governor His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, Engr. Chukwu expressed confidence in the ability of the New Management to justify the confidence reposed in them by Governor Uzodimma which necessitated the appointment.
Responding, the IIRS Chairman Mr. Justice Okoye thanked the Imo ENTRACO General Manager Engr. Francis Chukwu for the visit and assured him of the readiness for partnership in order to bring about the desired outcomes, going forward.
