He is a true visionary who understands that to transform a society, you must first equip its people with the tools to think, learn, and grow.
As he beautifully reminds us
"Knowledge isn't free. You have to pay attention."
Prof. Azaiki has spent his life paying attention to the needs of our community, investing in intellectual growth, and opening doors of discovery for all.

ποΈ A Day of Discovery at Azaiki Public Library & Museum of African Arts!
Weeks ago we welcomed the young minds of Mothers Joy Montessori School for an exciting and eye-opening visit to our museum and what a visit it was! π
From the pre-colonial economy of the Niger Delta to the transatlantic slave trade, colonisation, independence, and civil war, these bright pupils walked through history with wide eyes and open hearts. They learned about the courage of great heroes like Isaac Adaka Boro and Ken Saro-Wiwa, men who stood for their land, their people, and their rights, even at the greatest personal cost. ππΎ
Watching these children engage with their own history, asking questions, taking notes, and discovering where they come from is exactly why we do what we do. πβπΎ
The future is in good hands.
We welcome schools, groups, and institutions for educational visits. Come learn. Come discover. Come connect with your roots.
