ब्रिटिश गोर्खाको छनोटमा नपरेका र उमेर नाघेका युवाहरूका लागि जापान रोजगारीको सुनौलो अवसर! 💼✈️

TALIM (Training and Learning Institute of Management) र Idea Studio Nepal (ISN) को सहकार्यमा जापानको प्रत्यक्ष कम्पनीमार्फत ड्राइभिङ रोजगारीको विशेष अवसर खुला गरिएको छ। यो कार्यक्रम विशेषगरी बेलायती गोर्खा सेना र सिंगापुर प्रहरीमा छनोट नभएका उमेर नाघेका (Overage) नेपाली उम्मेदवारहरूका लागि लक्षित गरिएको हो। रोजगारी जापानमा हुनेछ र SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) भिसामा स्विच गरेपछि वार्षिक आम्दानी ¥4.7 मिलियन (करिब रु. ४० लाख) सम्म पुग्न सक्छ। प्रक्रिया पूर्ण रूपमा TALIM द्वारा व्यवस्थापन गरिनेछ, र छनोटपछि कम्पनीले नियम अनुरूपमा ड्राइभिङ तालिम, जापानी भाषा कक्षा, र अन्य आवश्यक तयारीहरू सुरु गर्नेछ।

जापानले हालै सुरु गरेको SSW भिसा प्रणालीमार्फत बस, ट्याक्सी, ट्रक ड्राइभरहरूका लागि वैदेशिक कामदारहरू भित्र्याउन थालेको छ र कम्पनीहरूले योग्य चालकहरू खोज्न थालिसकेका छन्। यस अवसरमा छानिने सम्भावना उच्च रहेको छ, साथै जापान पुगेपछि ¥200,000 (करिब रु. २ लाख) ज्वाइनिङ बोनस प्रदान गरिनेछ। कम्पनीबाट भिसा प्रक्रिया, ड्राइभिङ स्कूल, र सुलभ आवासको पूर्ण सहयोग प्रदान गरिनेछ। फारम भर्ने अन्तिम मिति २०८१ असार ५ गते (19 June 2025) सम्म रहेको छ।
