Hey Professional Development Director... How has it really been going? 👀
Not the polished version. Not the meeting minutes. The real behind-the-scenes.
From chaos to coordination, last-minute scrambles to tiny wins that meant everything — there’s a whole story we never told.
Over the next few days, we’ll be sharing it all:
Every project. Every moment. Every lesson.
Stay tuned... this is just the beginning. 💙

Paw-se and Breathe 🐾🌿🫶
A project where compassion, sustainability, and healing came together for a meaningful cause.
Through Paw-se and Breathe, we raised funds for the medical treatment of street dogs while creating a space that encouraged conscious living, creativity, and mental well-being.
We were proud to work with Rekriti, a sustainability-driven initiative dedicated to upcycling used denim into beautiful and functional bags and pouches. Their work highlighted the importance of reducing textile waste and embracing sustainable fashion through creativity and purpose. Participants had the opportunity to personalize these upcycled products through painting activities, turning discarded materials into meaningful pieces of art while learning the value of conscious consumption.
We were equally grateful to have Project Green Circle as our mental wellness partner. Their presence created a safe and welcoming environment where participants could openly engage in conversations surrounding mental health, self-expression, and mindfulness. Through guided writing, guided painting, and casual creative activities, they encouraged everyone to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and embrace emotional well-being without judgment.
Adding to the experience, our pottery therapy sessions allowed participants to immerse themselves in a calming creative process that promoted stress relief, mindfulness, and emotional healing. It became a gentle reminder that art, creativity, and compassion can often become forms of therapy.
More than just a fundraiser, Paw-se and Breathe became a celebration of empathy, awareness, and interconnected care — for animals, for the environment, and for ourselves. 💙
Special thanks to Project Green Circle and Rekriti for helping us turn this initiative into a meaningful experience filled with purpose, learning, and compassion.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Nesfield International College, located at Batuk Bhairab, Lagankhel, Lalitpur, for generously providing us with the venue and supporting this initiative.

Through our signature project Fuzzy Friends, we spent a heartfelt day with children with autism at Aarohi Bidhyapunja Montessori School, creating a space filled with empathy, understanding, and genuine connection.
From observation sessions to interactive indoor and outdoor activities, every moment helped us better understand their unique ways of expression, communication, and joy. The children reminded us that connection does not always require words—only patience, care, and acceptance. 💙
From coloring sketches and paper activities to tower building, catching balls, cup stacking, and fun outdoor games, the day was filled with laughter, excitement, and unforgettable memories. Their creativity, determination, and happiness inspired us to celebrate individuality and challenge stereotypes surrounding autism.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Bhumika Sharma ma’am for her dedicated coordination, thoughtful planning, and continuous support throughout the program.
Special thanks to TEHRA Foundation for their generous contribution of stationery items, and for supporting the initiative. Empathy goes beyond words—it is felt through action, and your support made a meaningful difference in the experience.
