ويمثّل هذا الإعلان فصلًا جديدًا في مسيرة #أوميفكو؛ باعتبارها أكبر مجمّع لإنتاج الأسمدة في سلطنة عُمان، ومساهمًا رئيسًا في دعم القطاع الزراعي وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي العالمي.

OQ and its partners, IFFCO and KRIBHCO, announced their intention to offer 25% of their shares in Oman India Fertiliser Company ( ) through an initial public offering on the Muscat Stock Exchange. This step supports the deepening of Oman’s capital markets and brings one of the country’s largest industrial names to the Muscat Stock Exchange.

This announcement marks a new chapter in OMIFCO’s journey. As Oman’s largest fertiliser complex, OMIFCO plays a key role in supporting the agricultural sector and strengthening global food security.

وخلال مؤتمر سوق رأس المال العماني لعام 2026، الذي تنظمه جمعية الخليج لأسواق المال بالتعاون مع بورصة مسقط، شارك عزان آل عبداللطيف، الرئيس التنفيذي لإدارة الأصول في أوكيو، في جلسة نقاشية بعنوان "حوار الطاقة العالمي"، والتي تناولت أهمية بناء منظومات طاقة أكثر مرونة، وتحقيق التوازن بين أمن الطاقة وأولويات الاستدامة، إلى جانب مواكبة التحديات المتزايدة في المشهد العالمي.

At the Oman Capital Market Conference 2026, organised by the Gulf Capital Market Association in collaboration with Muscat Stock Exchange, Azzan Al Abdullatif, OQ’s Chief Portfolio Officer, participated in the “Global Energy Debate” panel, discussing the importance of building more resilient energy systems, balancing energy security with sustainability priorities and navigating an increasingly complex global environment.

The discussion also highlighted how the region’s growth models continue to evolve through integrated planning, operational resilience and responsible long-term investment.
