HEADQUARTERS, 13TH MARINE BRIGADE RESERVE ๐ต๐ญ
12 June 2026 | DAY 3 RELIEF OPERATIONS
Thirty (30) Enlisted Personnel (EP) of the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve conducted packing, hauling, and transportation of relief goods for earthquake-affected families in Sarangani Province.
Relief supplies were packed and loaded at the Provincial Capitol Compound, Alabel, before being transported and delivered to the Municipality of Glan for distribution to affected communities.
The 13th Marine Brigade Reserve remains steadfast in its commitment to humanitarian assistance and disaster response operations in support of the people of Sarangani.

13TH MARINE BRIGADE RESERVE
DAY 2: UNLOADING, SORTING, AND DELIVERY OF RELIEF ASSISTANCE
On 11 June 2026, personnel of the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve, led by Brigade Commander COL Steve Chiongbian Solon PN(M)(GSC)(RES) and Deputy Brigade Commander LTCOL Genny C. Fernandez PN(M)(Ret), together with fifteen (15) enlisted personnel, assisted the Provincial Government of Sarangani, through the leadership of the Honorable Governor Rogelio D. Pacquiao, MMPA, in the unloading, sorting, consolidation, and loading of relief goods from various donors at the SPEU Gymnasium, Provincial Capitol, Alabel, Sarangani Province.
Simultaneously, two (2) enlisted personnel accompanied the International Medical Corps in the turnover of medicines and the delivery of two (2) generator sets to Glan, Sarangani Province, in support of ongoing earthquake response operations.
The activity facilitated the immediate transport and distribution of essential relief supplies, including rice, bottled water, canned goods, hygiene kits, and food packs, to affected communities.
To further support relief efforts, the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve has established a receiving area at the Capitol Compound, Alabel, Sarangani Province, to cater to and assist private individuals, organizations, and stakeholders who wish to donate and deliver relief goods to earthquake-affected communities.
The 13th Marine Brigade Reserve remains steadfast in its commitment to humanitarian assistance and disaster response, ensuring that timely support reaches those affected by the recent earthquake.

Look | RELIEF ASSISTANCE DELIVERY AND FOOD PACK SORTING OPERATIONS FOR EARTHQUAKE-AFFECTED COMMUNITIES
On 10 June 2026, the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve conducted simultaneous humanitarian assistance activities in support of communities affected by the recent earthquake in Sarangani Province.
COL Steve Chiongbian Solon PN(M)(GSC)(RES), Brigade Commander, together with five (5) enlisted personnel, personally delivered relief assistance to the affected residents of Glan, Sarangani Province. The relief items included gallons of water, canned goods, noodles, food packs, and hygiene kits donated by various government agencies and stakeholders.
Simultaneously, fifteen (15) enlisted personnel conducted food pack sorting operations at the Provincial Capitol in Alabel, Sarangani Province to facilitate the efficient preparation and distribution of relief goods to affected families.
These efforts reflect the commitment of the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve to serve the community and provide immediate assistance during times of need.

In response to the recent earthquake that affected communities in Sarangani Province, the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve humbly appeals to everyone to extend a helping hand to our fellow Filipinos in need.
We are ready and willing to assist in the transportation and delivery of relief donations to the affected areas to ensure that assistance reaches those who need it most.

In line with the spirit of volunteerism and community partnership, twelve (12) Enlisted Personnel of the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve participated in Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Kablacan Integrated School, Barangay Kablacan, Maasim, Sarangani Province on 05 June 2026.
From 0700H to 1400H, the personnel rendered manpower assistance in support of the schoolโs preparation for the opening of classes. Accomplishments included the painting of wallings, ceilings, windows, and door k***s of ten (10) classrooms, as well as the cleaning of school premises and proper disposal of waste materials to help provide a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for students and teachers.
The activity highlights the commitment of the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve in supporting government initiatives and fostering stronger ties with the community through meaningful public service.

Pursuant to CITE RC3-0126-082 dated 28 January 2026, the Headquarters, 13th Marine Brigade Reserve successfully conducted its 5th Monthly Formation on 30 May 2026 at the Capitol Compound, Barangay Maribulan, Alabel, Sarangani Province.
The activity gathered 37 Enlisted Personnel (EP) and served as a venue for personnel accountability, dissemination of important directives, updates on unit activities, and strengthening camaraderie among reservists.
The monthly formation underscores the commitment of the unit to maintaining readiness, discipline, and professionalism in support of the mission of the Philippine Marine Corps Reserve Force.

LOOK | Another successful mission accomplished by the 13th Marine Brigade Reserve!
The Graduation Ceremony of Basic NROTC SY 2025-2026 and Turn-Over Ceremony of the Corps Commander and Staff of 754th NROTCU (AFF)(GIT), attended by CAPT LIBERTY C. GAMUETA PN(GSC), Commander, Naval Reserve Center Eastern Mindanao, was successfully conducted on 23 May 2026 at 0930H at GIT Covered Court, Barangay Calabanit, Glan, Sarangani Province.
This significant event marks not only the successful completion of military training but also the beginning of a greater responsibility and commitment to service. As new graduates and leaders step forward, they carry the values of honor, discipline, courage, and leadership in strengthening the reserve force and serving the nation with pride.
The 13th Marine Brigade Reserve continues its commitment to developing capable, dedicated, and service-driven individuals ready to answer the call of duty anytime, anywhere.
