We extend our appreciation to our Resource Speakers, City Government Assistant Department Head I / OIC City Information Officer, Venus N. Balgua and JobStart Coordinator II, Shaira Mae C. Aspa, for sharing their knowledge and valuable insights on the JobStart Soft/Core Skills Training Modules: Effective Written Communication in the Workplace, Establishing Good Work Habits, and Good Work Ethics.

With the full support of our City Mayor Arth Bryan C. Celeste, and a strong partnership with the DOLE Western Pangasinan Field Office, we continue to empower our youth, build their potential and prepare them to be job ready.

The City Government of Alaminos through its City Treasurer's Office received a check amounting to three million from the DOLE Western Pangasinan Field Office for the facilitation of Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged (TUPAD) workers.

The 305 beneficiaries were also oriented as they are scheduled to start their 20-day work tomorrow, June 3, in time for the Brigada Eskwela of the Alaminos City Division, and the city's coastal clean- up, de-clogging, mangrove clearing and maintenance, and other agricultural activities.

City Mayor Bryan C. Celeste fully supported by the Office of the City Vice Mayor Jose Antonio Miguel Y. Perez, work as one for the welfare of our constituents.

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) successfully facilitated the SPES Mangrove Potting together with the DOLE Western Pangasinan Field Office in partnership with the City Environment and Natural Resources Office today at Bued Mangrove Eco Park, this city.

Through this activity,beneficiaries were given the opportunity not only contribute to environmental conservation but also to gain a deeper appreciation of the vital role of mangrove as protection to coastal ecosystems. This will also served as a valuable learning experience for the SPES beneficiaries, highlighting the importance of environmental stewardship and responsibility.

City Mayor Arth Bryan C. Celeste through its PESO remains committed to empowering the youth through programs that foster personal growth, and environmental awareness.
