The Barangay Ninoy Aquino Council attended the Parent Orientation of Holy Spirit I Child Development Center, reaffirming its commitment to supporting early childhood education and the welfare of every young learner.

Led by Kap. JT Halili, together with Committee on Education Chairperson Kag. Elisa Ocampo, Kag. Eduardo Badong, Kag. Rosario Manaloto, and Kag. Ricardo Agapito Jr., the Council pledged its continued support for the needs of the children and the daycare center.

The Child Development Center is under the supervision of Teacher Maricar Garlitos, whose dedication continues to help nurture and guide the community’s young minds.

Investing in our children today is investing in a brighter future for Barangay Ninoy Aquino. 📚

Last May 16, Barangay Ninoy Aquino, under the leadership of Kap. JT Halili, continued its weekly cleanup efforts as part of the OplanKALYEnisan, a comprehensive street-clearing and sanitation initiative aimed at promoting safer and cleaner public spaces.

The street sweepers, purok leaders, barangay staff and volunteers were assisted by Kag. Ricardo Agapito Jr, head of Committee on Clean and Green, Kag. Eduardo Badong, and Kag. Rosario Manaloto, together with the Marisol LGBTQ Officers.

This is pursuant to Department of Interior and Local Government Memorandum Circular 2019-09 instructing LGUs to conduct weekly drive relative to Manila Bay Rehabilitation and and Preservation program.

More and more residents are now joining the movement — proving that through unity and action, we can achieve a cleaner and more progressive barangay.
