ATTENTION:

May ara sang programa ang aton President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.—ang President's Scholar: "Bawat Barangay Makikinabang".

Ang Barangay gapangita sang LIMA (5) ka pinaka-kwalipikadong kabataan halin sa Barangay Mansilingan na maging isa ka scholar para sa sunod nga klase. Ang ini nga programa makabulig sa mga estudyante nga pigado katama kag pursigido nga makatapos sa pag-eskwela.

SINO ANG MGA PWEDE MAG-APPLY? (CRITERIA)

Based sa official criteria sang programa:
✅ Incoming 4th Year College Student para sa SY 2026-2027.
✅ First Generation Graduate: Halin sa pamilya nga WALA pang sing isa sa miyembro nga nakatapos sang kolehiyo (Prioritized).
✅ At risk of dropping out: Ang mga estudyante nga may posibilidad na mag-untat eskwela tungod sa financial problems.
✅ From Vulnerable Households: Halin sa pamilya nga tam-an gid ka pigado.
✅ Resident of Barangay Mansilingan: Legitimate nga residente sang aton nga barangay.

MGA REQUIREMENTS NGA DAPAT DAL-ON:
1. Photocopy sang School ID.
2. Proof of Enrolment or Certificate of Registration (para sa incoming 4th year).
3. Proof of Residency (Barangay Certificate).

📍 PROCESS OF APPLICATION:
• Diin: Mansilingan Activity Center (MAC) -located sa likod ka Barangay Mansilingan Hall lapit sa Barangay Gym.
• San-o: JUNE 19, 2026 (FRIDAY), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN.
• Sin-o ang pangitaon: SK MEMBER MICHELLE A. SANTILLAN

STRICTLY ASTA LANG GID 12:00 NOON ANG PAGBATON SANG APPLICATION.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Pre-interview: Ini paga-ubrahon right after mag-submit sang application requirements.
2. Assessment: May 50-item assessment nga answeran after the Pre-Interview. The assessment consists of 30-item Multiple Choices and 20-item Essay.
3. Result: Final and Official Scholars will be posted at Barangay Mansilingan PIO page kag tawgan sang Office of the Punong Barangay.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), in coordination with the Barangay Government of Mansilingan, informs all concerned residents that the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) will conduct a Validation Activity for Additional 4Ps Beneficiaries on the following schedule:

📅 Date: June 17, 2026 (Wednesday)
🕗 Time: 8:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
📍 Venue: Barangay Mansilingan Gymnasium

All households included in the validation list are requested to bring the following supporting documents:

• Marriage Contract of the parents or Barangay Certificate of Cohabitation
• Birth Certificates of all children
• School Certificate or School Card of eligible children (ages 3–18 years old)
• National IDs of all family members
• Health Certificate of children aged 0–5 years old
• Death Certificate of any deceased family member (if applicable)
• PWD ID of any family member with a disability (if applicable)

📌 Please refer to the attached photos for the list of households scheduled for validation.

We encourage all concerned beneficiaries to prepare the required documents and attend the validation activity as scheduled.
