LTO BCDO Participates in the Ongoing DBP-DCI Validation Orientation

The Land Transportation Office โ€“ Bacolod City District Office is actively participating in the ongoing DBP-DCI Validation Orientation being held at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod.

The orientation is graced by Regional Director Jeck D. Conlu and Assistant Regional Director Monico A. Puentevella Jr., whose presence underscores the importance of strengthening coordination and enhancing service delivery across the region.

The activity brings together participants from the LTO Negros Island Region Negros Occidental District Offices, along with representatives from LTO NIR Negros Oriental District Offices who joined virtually via Zoom. Representatives from various insurance stakeholders are also in attendance, strengthening collaboration and partnership among concerned agencies and institutions.

Serving as guest speakers for the orientation are Ms. Jenelle Nepomuceno and Ms. Kimberly Literal from the LTO Central Office โ€“ Management Information Division, Mr. John Lim, representative from the Development Bank of the Philippines, as well as Mr. Roland Recoco from the Office of the Executive Director. Their valuable insights and expertise contribute to a better understanding of the DBP-DCI validation process and its role in improving service delivery.

This initiative reflects LTOโ€™s commitment to digital transformation, inter-agency collaboration, and the continuous enhancement of public service for the motoring public.

Together, we move towards more efficient, transparent, and responsive government services.

In observance of Bacolod City Charter Day, a special non-working holiday in the City of Bacolod, the Land Transportation Office โ€“ Bacolod City District Office (LTO BCDO) will be closed on Thursday, June 18, 2026. June 18 is declared a special non-working holiday under Republic Act No. 11146 in commemoration of Bacolod Cityโ€™s Charter Day.

Regular office operations will resume on Friday, June 19, 2026.

We encourage our clients to plan their transactions accordingly.
