Upang mas ilapit ang programang pangkalusugan sa barangay ay ginanap noong araw ng Sabado sa Sala Covered Court ang Philhealth Yakap Caravan na naghatid ng Free Philhealth Membership, Yakap Registration at Basic Medical Service upang siguraduhin ang bawat mamayan sa Bagong Cabuyao ay malayo sa sakit!

Para sa isang Malusog na pagbabalik sa eskwela ng ating mga kabataan handog ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Cabuyao sa pangunguna ni MAYOR Dennis DENHA Hain sa pamamagitan ng City Health Office 1 kasama ang DepEd ang Philheath Yakap Registration sa Paaralan. Upang ang bawat magaaral ay Malayo sa Sakit!

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is known as the โsilent killerโ because it often has no symptoms but, if left uncontrolled, can lead to serious health problems, including heart disease, stroke, and kidney disease.
Unhealthy eating habits, excessive intake of salty, fatty, and sugary foods, physical inactivity, stress, obesity, and family history are common risk factors for hypertension. The good news is that hypertension can be prevented and managed through healthy lifestyle practices and regular blood pressure monitoring.

โข Limit the intake of foods high in salt, fat, and sugar.
โข Eat more fruits and vegetables every day by following Pinggang Pinoy.
โข Stay physically active by engaging in at least 20โ30 minutes of exercise daily.
โข Manage stress through proper rest, relaxation, and healthy coping activities.
โข Get enough sleep and avoid smoking and excessive alcohol intake.
โข Have your blood pressure checked regularly, especially if hypertension runs in the family.
Small, consistent healthy habits can greatly help prevent hypertension and its complications. Start today by choosing healthier foods, staying active, and regularly monitoring your blood pressure.
