The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Cebu Provincial Statistical Office informs the public of the adjusted schedule of National ID services in Cebu following the declaration of special non-working days in connection with the ASEAN Summit.
Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1239, Malacaรฑang expanded the coverage of the special non-working days from May 6 to 8, including Cebu City and Mandaue City, in addition to Lapu-Lapu City and the Municipality of Cordova.
Please be guided by the following service arrangements:
1. Bagong Pilipinas eGov Serbisyo Hub ( 7-8 May 2026 )
Location: Subangdako, Mandaue City, Cebu
Service Status: Closed
National ID services at this site are temporarily unavailable. Regular operations will resume on Monday, 11 May 2026.
2. Fixed Registration Center ( 7-8 May 2026 )
Location: 3rd Floor, Gaisano Capital South, Colon Street, Cebu City
Service Status: Open
Operating Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Clients will be accommodated by appointment only. Those with confirmed appointments are advised to proceed to the site on their scheduled date and time.
3. Cebu City 24/7 Government Services Hub ( Open everyday )
Location: 2nd Floor, Cebu Exchange Tower, Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City
Landmark: Across Cebu IT Park
Service Status: Open
Operating Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight
Walk-in clients will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be informed that scheduled mobile registration activities across the province will continue as planned, unless otherwise announced by the concerned registration team or local government unit.
The public is encouraged to plan their visit accordingly and proceed only to the service site that best matches their intended transaction and schedule. Clients are also reminded to bring the necessary supporting documents and to observe any security and crowd-control measures that may be implemented at the service locations.

In the first quarter of 2026, the value of production in agriculture and fisheries at current prices declined by 2.4%. Meanwhile, the value of crops, livestock, and fisheries production went down while poultry production recorded growth during the period.

๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ | The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Cebu Provincial Statistical Office (Cebu PSO) together with its hired personnel and regular supervisors paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Kenneth T. Siasar - Chief of Staff, Office of the Mayor, Cebu City Hall, in line with the conduct of the Household Survey on Domestic Visitors (HSDV) in the city.
The survey aims to gather data on domestic and outbound tourism, including the profile and socio-economic characteristics of domestic travelers, as well as details of their travels within and outside the country.
The visit served as an opportunity to strengthen coordination and collaboration with the local government in ensuring the successful implementation of the survey.

THE PSA CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER IS NOW OPEN TO SUPPORT PSA PARENTS AND THEIR CHILDREN! OPEN TO KIDS FROM AGES 1 to 4 YEARS and 11 MONTHS!
On 23 April 2026, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), through its Gender and Development Focal Point System, held a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for the new Child Development Center with leaders and advocates for early childhood development in attendance.
The program began with a welcome message from Assistant Secretary Minerva Eloisa P. Esquivas, Deputy National Statistician. Assistant Secretary Rosalinda P. Bautista delivered a message on behalf of Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, to honor how the project came to life and the teamwork of everyone involved.
Dr. Teresita G. Inciong, Vice Chairperson and Executive Director of the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Council, gave an inspiring message. Other guests included Mr. Rommel J. Isip, Deputy Executive Director of the ECCD Council, and Ms. Ma. Lorelei M. Salvador, Officer-in-Charge of the Quezon City Social Services Development Department (QC-SSDD).
The event ended with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by the blessing of the center. PSA officials, PSA Employees Association members, staff, parents and children, the ECCD Council, and QC-SSDD attended. This achievement shows a shared commitment to a more child-friendly and inclusive workplace.
