ADVISORY

1. Name of the Event: Virtual Student Congress 2021
2. Date of Event: March 26, 2021 (Pre-registration will start on March 18, 2021)
3. Objectives:
Learners will be able to:
a. distinguish the challenges during pandemic
b. share experiences in line with the new mode of delivering instruction
c. create a student development plan that will promote a balance involvement in both academics and co-curricular activities in the new normal of education
4. Details:
a. target participants of this congress are the student leaders of SY 2019-2020 from grades 4-12 and interested learners of 2020-2021 from grades 3-12.
b. after the pre-registration, learners will be group into cluster (there will be facilitators for each cluster)
c. there will be invited learners who will also share their experiences and ideas on how they were able cope with the new normal of education (learners from Dominican School Cebu)
5. Flow of the Activity:
I. Opening Activities
- Prayer
- Philippine National Anthem
- Carcar City, Hymn
- Acknowledgement of participants
II. Program Proper
- Reflection/insights about the challenges during the pandemic
- Experiences in line with the new mode of delivering instruction
- Crafting of Student Development Plan
III. Closing Activities
-Wrap-up of the sharing
- Singing of School Hymn
